Physiotherapy Specialist Services

Advisory services to health care professionals

As a Registered Specialist Pain Physiotherapist, Dr. Jacqui Clark offers advisory services to health care professionals to assist in the management of clients with complex and persistent pain conditions. A referral letter from any registered health care professional is required.

Jacqui will assess your client in the context of their full history, social circumstances, trait characteristics and sensory profiles. A report is sent to the referring health care professional with her analysis and recommendations. Rehab may be administered by the referring physiotherapist, or if requested, Jacqui may treat the client herself. Jacqui will review the client at reasonable intervals and send report updates to the referring health care professional as required.

ACC clients: No charge for assessments and reports.
Private clients: $300 for the initial assessment and report.
